The DK-H700E is a high-performance special application UHD/HDTV camera that is ideal for point of view and remote observation applications. With its new developed 8.3 million Effective pixels 3-MOS Global sensor and new developed Full Range BT-2020 Prizm, the DK-H700E provides outstanding performance. The camera offers sharper and cleaner UHD and Down converted HD images due to KOKUSAI DENKI's implementation of the latest digital processing technology. The camera achieves outstanding high sensitivity and no vertical smear specification.

Features

  • New developed 3-chip 2/3-inch CMOS image sensors with global shutter make effective 4K 8,3 million pixels. Also, global shutter eliminates jitter when shooting LED panel and skew when shooting fast moving object.
  • New developed optical block adopts the prism which conform to the wide color gamut standard BT-2020 and offers wider color of 4K video.
  • Low-noise circuit technology provides a signal to noise ratio better than - 62dB.
  • The standard sensitivity over F10(59.94Hz) / F11(50Hz) at 2,000 lx. In addition, the high gain mode can increase the gain up to +36dB and two second frame accumulation mode to reproduce dark images with a minimum illumination of 0.001 lx at F1.4.

Remote/Setup Control Unit

The high-performance touchscreen Remote Control Unit RU-1500JY-R1/-S3/S11 is connected to the Camera Control Unit (CCU) for remote operation of the camera or directly to the SK-HD camera series or Z-HD camera series. The RU-1500JY-S3&S11 has at on the top panel are lit by back light. Operators can see signs on the panel in the dark operation room.

All key Camera Control functions, such as the one touch color temperature function, makes the RU-1500JY-R1/-S3/S11 ideal not only for professional TV studios but also for OB van use. Lens iris control, pedestal control and preview switch are assembled with an axis joystick control knob (RU-1500JY/-S3/S11). The camera can be easily adjusted using the 3.5 inch LCD touchscreen panel and rotary encoders. Custom switches further support the professional user in designing a personal workflow.

SU-1000

The SU-1000 Setup Control Unit is used for the adjustment of camera parameters in a multi-camera production environment.Utilizing a new wide touch screen LCD panel that expands control functions.

It is connected directly to each CCU in parallel fashion via serial data cable, 12 cameras can be directly controlled from the SU-1000. Serial Camera control can be extended from 12 cameras up to 48 cameras(option).

RJ45 Network control up to 128 camera with a distance of up to 100 meters (with repeater this can be extended).

The compact and lightweight SU-1000 features Color LCD indicators in the display section to easily identify and access the provided control parameters. The unit is sufficiently small and lightweight enough to be used in space deprived locations such as encountered on a broadcast OB Van.

The SU-1000 has these primary functions:

  • Selection of a single camera or groups of cameras to be controlled.
  • On/Off control of all functions.
  • Control of all variable data adjustments including Iris & Master black.
  • Selection of storage and operation data files.
  • Transfer of files and data between cameras or groups of cameras.
  • Adjustment and file data (write/ read) from SD memory card
  • Video output selection including external video switcher control (source or sink).
